Dana Cole offers more than 29 years of experience in real estate, sales and marketing as well as business ownership. As the Designated Broker for The Hallmark Group, LLC., Dana Cole brings a robust background of real estate and management expertise to oversee the operations and client services of all divisions.
In the property management and sales division, The Hallmark Group specializes in assisting our clients to acquire and manage single-family residential and multi-family income properties in Tucson, Arizona. We specialize in the 5-50 unit residential income properties.
Dana Cole is the recipient of the Arizona Business Brokers Association “Award of Excellence”, for 2000. Dana Cole served as President of the Arizona Business Brokers Association-Southern Chapter 1998-99 and 2010-2011 and served on the AZBBA State Board of Directors through 2012. As a designated Certified Business Brokerage Specialist, by the Arizona Business Brokers Association, Dana Cole offers both Buyer and Seller representation. Dana Cole is an SBA loan packaging specialist.
With over 13 years of office administration and property management experience, DiAnna Cruz brings a wealth of administrative skills and knowledge to The Hallmark Group. As a licensed real estate agent in Arizona, DiAnna oversees the general day-to-day operations and administrative staff as well as supports our valued clients and assists with customer service. We are thrilled to have her on our team!
Sean Cole has over 20 years of experience in residential portfilio ownership and maintenance management. His primary focus is in the Property Management Division. By promoting smooth operations in the field, his role is one of the most important at The Hallmark Group. Sean Cole coordinates with vendors and suppliers in order to create operational efficiencies, which often result in cost savings for our clients. As a licensed real estate agent, he also may assist during real estate acquisitions.

Leon Adams comes to us with 25 years of business ownership, sales and senior level management experience. He is currently a licensed real estate agent with a background in residential lending. His leadership and focus in the sales and marketing department of The Hallmark Group has fortified our marketing foundation. With The Hallmark Groups strong proactive approach to leasing and sales, Leon has consistently achieved our clients and customers sales and occupancy goals.
Emily "Ems" Oakley

Emily joined The Hallmark Team in 2015. A transplant from Los Angeles, Emily is our "first impression specialist" with years of customer relations and administration experience. Having a talent for detail, Emily works alongside the Administrative Director, specializing in the handling of the day-to-day challenges of customer service, scheduling, compliance and logistics.
Design and Marketing Director
Lisa Roland has been involved with The Hallmark Group since its' inception as a graphic design, brand creation, and web development consultant. For over 20 years, she has been working and teaching in the web and graphic design industry. Lisa Roland currently owns Waterfield Graphics LLC., specializing in real estate, business brokerage and insurance web design and industry branding.
As of 2016 Lisa has joined The Hallmark Group as one of our permanent team members to oversee consistent marketing, as well as consult in the design and re-branding of our clients properties.
