Our simple fee structure is based on rents collected. We do not charge monthly "administrative" fees, advertising fees or inspection fees.

Tenant retention is paramount. We provide current technology to our residents for optimal communication and online payment convenience. Our vacancy-prevention approach is to provide clean, well-maintained properties and to respond to repair requests promplty. Our professional staff is bilingual. Our after-hour staff is on call at all times during non-business hours.
The Hallmark Group has invested in the latest technology to provide comprehensive reporting to our clients. Our client/owners are promptly consulted about major repairs and maintenance. There are no additional charges for the coordination of routine repairs. Owners are provided copies of all vendor invoices for review. We DO NOT "up-charge" any vendor invoices.
Property turnovers are efficiently handled. Property inspections are completed in order to determine what work needs to be done to acheive re-rentable condition. Vendors are coordinated to complete the property turn process and a final "ready to occupy" checklist is required prior to new tenant move-in.
